Order dispatch

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Shipping carriers

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS® Ground, or DHL Express. International orders ship via DHL Express.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow time for the carrier to update your tracking information.

Delayed or missing packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, email hello@riellibrand.com with your order number and tracking details so we can help you follow up with the carrier.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, email hello@riellibrand.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. Address changes cannot be made once your package has shipped.
