SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS® Ground, DHL Express. Due to the global COVID-19 impact, please expect a slight delay on your order delivery time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number.  Please give the shipping status of your order some time to update.

All international orders ship via DHL Express.

Please note that we are not responsible for any product once it has been shipped.  Refunds will not be issued for products delayed or lost in transit.  Instead, we ask that you work with the postal service to follow up on the delivery.

    Rielli is not responsible for incorrect address entered at check-out.  Please confirm that the shipping address you have entered is correct before you complete your purchase.  If address is incorrect, please email Rielli immediately so that we can make changes on our end.  If your package has already shipped out, unfortunately we cannot make changes to your address.     Your information is safe with us.  We want you to feel comfortable and secure when shopping on www.riellibrand.com. All information provided at check out is secured within our system and we do not use any third-party sites to capture payments. 

    RETURN POLICY

    Due to the fact that our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your order or the fit, please email info@riellibrand.com within 48 hours after your order is received so that we can better accommodate you.

    We currently do not make rushed orders. Once your order is placed and processed on our website, you have 24 hours to contact us for a cancellation/update.

    We do not issue any refunds, no exceptions.
