Terms & Conditions

As we welcome our new collection into the new season, we want to remind you that Rielli continues to stand by our "made-to-order" sustainable practices.  Since we remain a small, home-operated business, we want you to keep in mind of the following.

    •    ALL orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to be completed and shipped out.  We state this now so you have a better idea of when you can expect your order.  

    •    We do not carry any stock of products.  Once we receive your order, it will be processed and passed on to the production team, which will then work on a number of orders at once.  

    •    Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number for you to navigate where your package is.  Please make sure that you check out with your correct mailing address. 

    •    We currently do not make rushed orders. Once your order is placed and processed on our website, you have 24 hours to contact us for a cancellation or change.

    •    We do not accept returns.  Please make sure that you check out with your correct size, as that will be what you receive and you cannot return your order once it is in your hands. You can also contact info@riellibrand.com for any questions regarding sizing, etc.

We do not issue any refunds, no exceptions.

Our hours of operations are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m and Saturday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
