SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS® Ground. Due to the global COVID-19 impact, please expect a slight delay on your order delivery time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number.  Please give the shipping status of your order some time to update.

  • You may select which carrier your order is shipping to at check out. 
  • Due to the COVID-19 global impact, USPS orders have been delayed.  
  • Normal shipping time with USPS First-Class Mail is 1-3 days.
  • Normal shipping time with USPS Priority Mail is 1-2 days.
  • Normal shipping time with UPS® Ground is 1-3 days.
  • International shipping is available at check out- 6-10 Days.

Rielli is not responsible for incorrect address entered at check-out.  Please confirm that the shipping address you have entered is correct before you complete your purchase.  If address is incorrect, please email Rielli immediately so that we can make changes on our end.  If your package has already shipped out, unfortunately we cannot make changes to your address.
